Medication and Refills

Specialty Care Clinic has a dedicated pharmacy technician who works with our clinic staff and retail pharmacies to manage refill requests.  Please request your refills 7 days before you run out of medication first by calling your designated pharmacy.

If you need a refill that has previously been filled by a retail or mail order pharmacy:

  • Please call your pharmacy and request a refill of your medication(s).  The pharmacy will contact our clinic – Patients do not need to call us for medication refills.
  • Staff will call the patient if there is any additional instruction needed.

For all other medication needs: call Specialty Care Clinic, press the prompt for our medication line, or by calling 706-425-2906. Please leave a detailed message with:

  • Your Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Phone Number
  • Detailed explanation of your request

We check the pharmacy voicemail throughout the day and your request will be handled promptly.  While we make every effort to handle your request as soon as possible, it may take a few days for you to receive your medication.
