Food Service Program

All food service establishments are required to have a food service permit issued by the local health department.  Environmental Health Specialists conduct plan reviews for new establishments, ownership changes and remodels to ensure compliance with state food service rules and regulations prior to permitting.  Completed applications, required documentation and applicable fees should be returned to the local Environmental Health office prior to construction.
