Our medical director, Dr. Elliott Raizes, is an infectious diseases specialist with more than 30 years experience working with people living with HIV and AIDS.
Medical services are provided by nurse practitioners, registered nurses and medical case managers.
If you have needs that can’t be fulfilled at Specialty Care, our staff will do a needs assessment and help coordinate your care with outside providers.
