It is important that you answer the call when they try to reach you! Calls may NOT come from a local number, and may even show from several area codes (404, 706, 762, 770 etc). Confirm you’ve entered the correct phone number before you submit. Be sure you have voicemail set up and check your voicemail. If you don’t answer we will leave a message with a call back number if we can! “Pre-registrations” can be canceled by using the appointment cancellation form.

When they call to set up your appointment, you will be asked several questions, including your mother’s maiden name. These are needed to ensure your vaccine is correctly registered in GRITS (Georgia Immunization Registry). For more info on GRITS click here.

Due to an extremely high number of pre-registrations, it may take longer than expected for a call center operator to reach out to you. We are reaching out to people in the order that we receive their pre-registration. We know that being unable to get through quickly is frustrating. Please know that we are working hard to serve you and those in your community. We appreciate your patience.
