If you think a business is not complying with the orders:
Public Health/Health Departments continues to permit and inspect:
- hotels/motels/tourist courts,
- public pools, and
- tattooing establishments.

For Individuals or Groups Not Complying with Executive Order
In an effort to prevent complications from Georgia residents choosing not to comply with the shelter at home order, Governor Brian Kemp announced several hotlines to report observations or complaints regarding the order. To report observations or complaints to the Georgia Department of Public Safety – call the communications center for your region.
